Drilling Manager (Offshore Exploration) Responsibilities: * To manage all company’s Drilling Operation and exploration * Participates in pre- and post-well reviews (involving the onshore and offshore teams), including risk assessments, to identify improvements in performance or HSE * Prepares final reports, including End of Well Reports and lessons learned documents Reviews well cost reconciliations * Ensures that all activities conducted comply with the highest ethical standards, all standard Operating Procedures and all Company and government regulations

Requirements: * 10 – 20 years experience in production in the Oil & Gas Industry Previously experience in Indonesia or a foreign environment is mandatory. Including 5 years as a Manager * Bachelor degree in Engineering and Highly developed technical, planning, analytical, communication skills both written and analytical skills * National or Expatriate candidate
